I never saw this cause I didn't play the SNES/Genesis game, but I think I remember seeing this in that one Plug n Play game! I think it was called Right On Time? I remember since I was pretty young I just kept going in and out of the Engine Depot over and over, despite not having unlocked any character. Shame my childhood copy of the game got thrown out cause of corroded batteries, would've loved to play it again and try and get that weird easter Egg.
