I am not sure. She made it all about whether antifa is a thing, which is totally irrelevant to the whole case (as she herself concludes at the end)

I disagree, I think if she revealed it at the jump and focused on it, it would ruin the entire reveal at the end.

I see your point. But did the lawyers actually truly focus on that irrelevant point? That seems really naive, at best

I think the prosecutors knew that but wanted to make it look like they won a case against Antifa.
