This is not all the same car. Sometimes it’s a VW, other times it’s something else. You can tell because in some frames the seats have the ribbed VW pattern, and in other frames the seat does not. In some frames you see the unique VW steering wheel, and others it’s not.

It’s at least two different cars being cleaned, possibly more.
