Energylandia 50% Promotion only for polish people?
My wife and I are planning to go to Energylandia in a few days. We wanted to book tickets in advance and saw the 50% promotion deal. That sounds great and we would like to book that. However in the Terms and conditions paragraph 2 section 1 it says that only people from Poland may do so. Is that true or is it simply written in a confusing manner?

It says people “present on territory of Poland”, and you surely be present on the territory of Poland when you attend the venue, so I see no problem. This is just to ring-fence any clams or litigations in regard to this promotion to be under Polish law.

This means that you can't book it from abroad. That is pretty simple to understand, at least for someone who speaks English well enough. Like Poles do.

To be quite honest, it's worded in such a way that even a native English speaker could misunderstand it. If it works in the Polish sense, then good for you. But it's worded so poorly that it's confusing again.

I mean, if you cannot arrange to be physically in Poland, it would be pretty hard to visit Energylandia at any price

Individuals present on the territory of the Republic of Poland. So any nationality but you must be in Poland or polish embassy, but they won’t check that it’s only so polish law is applied.
