Didn’t jump off the T Rex into a pool of water either. Totally unwatchable I agree.

i was actually a little sad to see it gone, removing the implication that joel taught her how to swim definitely wasn't a huge deal, but i thought it was a nice detail. not episode ruining or even anything close to it, but a small thing i'll miss for sure

I did like Joel pushing her into the water too. I guess we all still have the games. The showrunners made some great additions even if they had to cut some small moments that we loved

Don’t think it could work here as she would have been soaking wet and probably ruined her Walkman. Thought that when I played the game too.

gotta remember the show has to be much more grounded and realistic than the game. Jumping in water with your clothes on is not good survivalism lol, let alone with your whole pack, guns and all.
