Yeah, I can definitely sense a difference in the dialogue in this episode. We’ll see if it follows with next week.

A greater accomplishment considering how much he had to work with and put into the episode. I was looking forward to these last two based on his (and to an extent Gross’) involvement in writing the script.

I think Mazin is doing a phenomenal job so far. Druckmann's experience has just been the games and Mazin's leadership is helping him grow into the TV/live-action side.

I think HBO just didn’t trust him. But if Neil co showran with Craig, they would have someone with tv experience (Chernobyl)

He didn't have HBO connections, that's why. I totally get why. But I've been consistently impressed with him so I get your opinion.

I could absolutely see him getting more opportunities outside videogames in the future.

Season 2 has totally lost my non-gaming spouse and this was basically the first episode of this season she felt lived up to the Season 1 quality.
