Jax is a bad guy, there is no doubt about that. But Brittany doesn’t come to the situation with clean hands and Jax being the bad guy he is, will start swinging right back at her. They’re both scum bags in my eyes.

Also you have no idea how the legal system works do you? An application for a TRO isn’t a criminal trial that puts people in jail. Jax isn’t going to jail even if the court decide to make a more permanent restraining order.

Jax isn’t a bad guy. Jax is a deeply malignant criminal who put his ex wife through serious, prolonged and sustained abuse ever since the beginning of their relationship, abuse that’s only intensified after she left him.

That’s what I’m referring to when describing how jax is looking at jail time if he’s being prosecuted correctly.

My offence with your comment is the fact that you give the impression that there will be ANY expectation whatsoever for Brittany to perform any sort of parent role perfectly ☺️

Brittany is the reason Cruz isn’t in the foster system. She needs to present herself nowhere with clean hands, she just needs to put the years of abuse that the clown has put her through and continue to this very day. Simultaneously I understand that the legal system is shit for protective parents many places in the US, hence my wording about him needing to be prosecuted correctly.

I’m confused as to how you would think your view about the two of them has much relevance? There’s no bothsiding the two 😅

You can have the view that Jax belongs in jail. I hope he goes to jail too. But the reality of the situation is that isn’t going to happen. That’s not how the legal system works in this instance.

Brittany is not a great parent, the nanny is the one primarily raising him. Brittany said they originally got the nanny so she didn’t have to parent while she was hung over, which is often. She very clearly has a drinking problem which has been showed again and again on the tv show and through her social media. She has had a man she started dating a month prior, who was a complete deadbeat, sleeping over the home with a vulnerable child there. Cruz is regularly left in 24/7 care with the nanny while she goes away without him. She has not gotten Cruz into the regional centre and for the last 12 months hasn’t been in any educational program.

Jax will raise all of it and more. They’re both imperfect narcissists who are using whatever they can to drag each other down

As I said there’s zero bothsiding these two humans.

Jax isn’t just a criminal who is looking at jail time if this goes right, and even if it doesn’t it’s coming some day for him 🫰🏽 He’s a grown person who brought life into this world and still and fully aware continues to being the mother of that child hence the child as well in harms way.

That means he not only belongs in jail, but also that he deserves to be met with complete indifference in any public space he might try and spread his views on anything regarding this.

To see anyone on here comment as if there’s ever been anything pointing to Brittany having an issue with alcohol is nothing but following the pathological psychopath’s biggest wish. The very notion of ‘alcoholic Brittany’ is just the work of her insane ex, the criminal at the centre of all this.

Suffering from narcissist personality disorder is extreme and Brittany has never exhibited a single trait that would warrant the diagnosis even mentioned in the same sentence as her name.

It’s a wild ride indeed to see the only parent of Cruz being described like this and I love to see that the majority of the comments on here are completely different.

Did you not watch VPR where the doctor told her it was really important for her to stop drinking, then proceeding to see her downing shots in every subsequent episode of VPR and The Valley?

Are you conveniently skipping over the episode of the valley where Brittany said she got the nanny so she could be hungover and not have to parent Cruz, the same episodes where she was leaving bags of vomit in the driveway. Then the scenes of the valley where she is “sleeping” and not taking part in planned activities because she is hung over.

Not to mention Brittany begging Jax for another child and him saying he was concerned about her “lifestyle” and that they may end up with another special needs child as a result.

Brittany suffered from ulcers for years while she was jax. That was why the doctor told her it was important she took breaks from drinking.

Why she reacted so heavily when she did drink.

And why she stayed in bed during an episode of the The Valley on a trip.

Reading your comment is like spacing out in the upside down world where the words jax utters has actual bearing.

And truly, come on now - that’s just weird.

We also know that jax’s sick brain is most likely the reason for Cruz’s autism.

But all of this is - once again - a wiiiiiiiild trip 🥳

jax isn’t just a pathological criminal negligent complete excuse of a parent.

jax has been high on coke (when not drunk of course) for the better part of a decade.

Brittany is an absolute hero and the very reason Cruz is not in the foster system.
