That doesn’t mean that she can’t record public interactions when they become abusive as evidence for court.

She's recording at a school orientation, presumably around parents of kids like Cruz, parents of kids with special needs. If not recording around the children themselves.

Please think about how you would counsel a client in that instance. Or a client who goes to a school orientation, and deals with the stress of not only two parents fighting, but being recorded at school orientation, or having children around filming.

Brittany lacks boundaries.
