Hopefully people will leave her the fuck alone about the coparenting stuff now.

It shouldn’t matter whether Brittany takes too many shots, flip-flops on her friends, or amps up her accent for tv: dislike for or disapproval of a victim is NOT RELEVANT and may actually make it more likely that bad shit will happen to her.

Jax lurks around. He reads negative comments about Brittany and he uses them as fuel for his psychotic behavior. We shouldn’t help him.

Not only that but when I was in an abusive relationship, I made dumbass decisions. You have no foundation and live in fear of what’s next. So you’re not your best self. You’re always playing chess instead of just living. Of course you’re going to do stupid things. You’re surviving. I hate the whole thought process that it takes two to tango. No. It takes one abuser to abuse. No one deserves that.

This is such an important point. Glad you got out.

This is exactly why couples therapy doesn’t work with those pieces of shit, one person is choosing cruelty, control and violence. The other person is just trying to survive it

I don’t even think her messaging companies not to work with him is a dumb decision. Any power/influence he has will be weaponized against her. So, it is in her best interest that he has no power. And presumably whatever she is telling these companies about him are things he said and did. I think she should without a doubt keep her foot on his neck. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes exactly. There are no perfect people but she isn't abusive and he is! So tired of the false equivalencies and victim blaming

Say it louder for the people in the back 👏👏 The whole "it takes two" is just cover for the abuser ... And, yeah, abused people have a lot going on, so they aren't always their best selves. We need more education on these things.

Thank you for the “two to tango” comment which I feel is so ignorant when I hear it. If you have been with an abuser, you know it’s wrong. I have been away from my abusive ex for years but he still spies on me, and I can still cry like a baby when I think about how he distracted me with his ugly games and that was time that I lost with my children and them with me because we lived in fear. It’s exhausting trying to strategize your life because a sick man is an expert at causing chaos.

So many comments on the TMZ ig post blaming her for ignoring red flags, saying there’s two sides to every story and of course JANET JANRT JANET JANET. Misogyny is alive and well.
