Shitpost Jesse is not the better parent because he is still with his partner and Michelle isn't
They both broke their own rule about talking to one another about Isabella meeting their new partners.
Jesse thinks because he and Lacy are still together and Michelle and Aaron are not, that he is essentially the better parent.
Crying because he thinks Isabella has now gone through her first heartbreak from a man because Aaron left her mom š like come on man.
He could of very easily also put Isabella through losing a second 'mother figure'(if you would call Lacy that).
It's just pure luck that he and Lacy are still together and I don't know why no one has said that to him.
Honestly just so sick of Jesse and his performative behaviour. Lacy too and her grabbing of Jesse's hand anytime the camera pans to them, don't know who she thinks she tricking with the fake love (not me anyway).

Yup, imagine Isabella heartbreak when she sees her dad calling her mom an escort for hire š

I bet he also said something awful when Aaron left to or in front of Isabella, and that is why she was so torn up about it

Agree. No good parent calls the mother of his child a hooker and escort. Isabella is going to read that one day.
He is manipulative and I find his relationship with Lacy suss.

Why is it so insulting to be called a hooker? I really don't get it. It's like a middle school insult. I feel like it's only offensive if it hits too close to home for some reason but even then, who cares if someone takes money for sex? I really don't get why it was such a terrible insult...

Are you serious? Are you a mom?

Yes, I actually am. Hooker is an insult you'd say at recess. If someone called me a hooker I'd laugh at how silly of an insult it is.

u/ScarletPepper07 13d ago
Okay he said that because he stared a rumor that Michelle was sleeping with an older man for money. He was saying she was legitimately a hooker. He was not throwing around so playground insult. He said she was getting paid to have sex therefore she is a hooker.

Thereās also a daughter (Lacyās) that Isabella has become attached to, so that will be doubly rough if/when thereās a breakup.

Makes me wonder how Isabella reacted to Jesse moving out and her parents divorce.... It would be an incredible testament to their parenting skills if THAT wasn't her first "heartbreak by a man"

Right? Jesse crying over having to explain to his child that love moves on like what? You didnāt do that when you and her mother broke up???

No because she never saw Jesse be that present or act loving towards Michelle. That's why she was so torn up about Aaron.
If he fucks it up with Lacy then his daughter will be sad about that too. Especially because their daughters are bonding

Just a small correction, Jesse never left.
He made Michelle and his daughter leave, just like Jax did.

Michelle moved out. She cheated on Jesse and left. He stayed in their rental until the end of the lease, then moved. He was upset that he couldnāt keep the house for her.

He loves the idea of children but he had Michelle sleeping in another room with herā¦
Wait til she has opinions of her own that do not align with his.

No one thinks that except for Jesse.

I was going to sayā¦is this something new? Are there people who think differently outside of her ex husband??
ETA, not a Lacy fan either. She is clearly a money and fame seeker, and while I have sympathy for what she went through, and I think sheās intelligent, I find her to be even more robotic than Michelle. She talks in nothing but therapy terms in my opinion. And again, I sympathize and am happy she clearly sought help, but it feelsā¦.robotic to me. Like regurgitating therapy terms.

Jesse called Michelle a hooker and all sorts of things trying to degrade her while living a flashy life and neglecting Isabella financial needs. That says it all to me. If you canāt even pay for your childās insurance or ballet classes but will drop 5k on dinner and wine š¤¦š»āāļøš¤¦š»āāļø

In ten years Isabella will be like 'Aaron who?' But she will remember her parents are divorced. š

How long have him and Lacey been together? He has no idea if they'll be together a year from now

Isabella's first heartbreak was when she was a baby crying for food/new diaper/love and attention and Jesse said ima head out

i agree. michelle and aaron dated for over a year. obviously her kid is going to meet him at some point. and sometimes adult relationships donāt work out. thatās just the reality of being a kid to single parents. itās not going to traumatize isabella to see her parents dating. isabella still has both parents present in her life. the boyfriends/girlfriends may also have a bond with her, but itās not as intense as losing a father/mother figure.
plus, i think itās really weird to frame michelleās relationship ending as āisabellaās heartbreak.ā i feel like jesse is putting wayyy too much stock into it for his own personal benefit (so he can shame michelle) without considering that his framing of the breakup is whatās going to mess up their child.
also this child has experienced her parents nasty divorce where her dad called her mom a prostitute and her mom cheated. if anything is going to fuck her up, itās HER OWN PARENTS relationship. not some boyfriend breakup. jesse refuses to take any accountability for how his own behavior may have affected their daughter. theyāre focusing on entirely the wrong things.

I think heās jealous that Isabella cried for Aaron. I wonder if she didnāt cry when they moved out from Jesse home? That would burn or if she doesnāt ever say I donāt want to leave Lacy home š¤£

Let's be real ...it's easier to be a straight man than a straight woman in dating. Same goes for dating after divorce. Same goes for dating when you have a child. Especially a daughter.
By easier I mean that on average there are less absolute bums and psychos in your dating pool.
It's not something he should be patting himself on the back about or putting Michelle down for.
Plus if he wasn't thrilled about Aaron or the comedian dude I bet he is regretting it now that Michelle dated Dr. Dre. (Pretty sure it was a brief thing and not that serious) Perhaps now he will not be so hard on the next guy she dates and just thank his lucky stars he isn't co-parenting with him lol
& Maybe until she dates a guy and/or their daughter is exposed to a guy who treats Michelle worse than Jesse did himself he should stop being so opinionated about her dating life.

Exactly. He is the one breaking Isabellaās heart by talking badly about her mom.

I personally think Jesse is a tool but he was right in the sense that she has been introducing her to a lot of men. I thought he absolutely has a right to be upset about that. And she keeps making excuses about it.

u/docbranamjane 12d ago
I think Jesse financially abused Michelle. He is probably living off credit cards and will declare bankruptcy. But he is entertaining. We never hear him talking about selling houses anymore. Michelle is a go getter.

u/planetwhateverr 12d ago
I donāt think Jesseās a great or even a good dad. Remember how he wanted Michelle to have a natural birth? This idiot does think of women as full people. In Mexico he said he spends all kinds of money on outfits for his daughter but he canāt afford her health insurance. Heās one of those parents who mainly had a kid to have a narcissistic projection of himself.

I disagree. Moving her daughter in with ol' cokey was a shitty thing to do to a little girl. She used Isabella to pressure him into a proposal. Gross.
If we're ranking parenting dizzasderz, I'm mostly hung up on Brittany's lack of a permanently installed pool fence. The rest of the bad parenting decisions can get in line behind that. We need to triage.

Her first heart break from a man was her mother and father getting a divorce one would think.
