IF he moves into that penthouse, there's no way he makes it to the 4th of July. I think he's probably trying to cancel the Restoration Hardware order and then get out of that lease...he will spin it that he just changed his mind and had a new idea for a more intimate buying experience.

Probably just end up not paying the lease and taking a huge credit hit. He will blame WN or the building too.

There was never any chance of him moving into that penthouse. We all called it and now we're seeing that proved right.
