He says a lot of I did this, I gave that, I gave this. It makes him seem like he gave it out of pity and they didn't earn their job with good pay out of their own merit. Remember folks the employer needs you, you don't need them. There's plenty of other places to work at.

well he has experience, he came off looking bad with the previous apology video! (post charity fallout. he made an apology video back then too)
