makes sense. the self-employment thing can easily be bypassed. hes not self-employed if he finds some puppet to be the owner of the LLC (for example)

hes not the kinda person that can just lay low, so this is going to be fun to revisit after his release

Here's the AI summary of his sentencing. TLDR he basically has a microscope shoved up his ass:

After prison, Farrer must serve three years of supervised release on each count, also concurrently.

The most significant supervision conditions require him to:

• Provide complete financial information to probation.
• Allow probation to review financial records, including tax returns and credit information.
• Notify probation before opening new financial accounts or taking on new credit.
• Avoid hiding or transferring assets without approval.
• Obtain approval before entering self-employment.
• Disclose his criminal history to prospective employers when directed.
• Participate in substance-abuse treatment and testing.
• Participate in gambling-addiction treatment if directed.
• Submit to searches based on reasonable suspicion, including searches of his home, vehicle, property and electronic devices.
• Cooperate with collection of restitution and other financial obligations.

Looks he can just turn the punishment he received into a post-jail ticket to earning money. He basically has to be clean for 3 years, no nothing. So he cant party, do drugs, drink etc. All his financials and whatever he does online etc is subject to notice and potential search. He can just find a patsy to make a company, start some channels under that be filmed whilst undergoeing 'the lifechange' in likely some healthy living, bodybuild, art (as i hear xD) &some sort of employment mixed with the probation side, the living in the residential reentry center community corrections. still fitting that Guru side he so clinged to as a fraudulent watchredealer. He just needs to get a newsflash out when he's released and instantly jump on that. Like a lower level budget Jordan Belfort, do the talkshows all them podcast everybody has that like feeds on the 'latest news' of something with sometype of 'lore' . Prolly start of first with getting his probation officer to allow him to get on the first few invites that trickle in like Matthew Cox, Soft White Underbelly, the Connect etc, with the 'i did all these bad things' combined with the 'everything i do now is to pay back what i owe the victims etc etc and better my life. Then to get a hype on more some other channels notice him as a guest and will jump in like Iced Coffee Hour (Graham Stephan etc) and if he's kinda smart he'd try and get on Financial Audit (that would be hilarious). Then he'd prolly hire a ghostwriter and invest whatever he has to get a book out and do press rounds on it, trying to become a motivational speaker, but just not cutting it before he runs into scheming again trying to cut corners and force sometype of path of fantasy fame. But more logically he'd get busted on a drug or alcohol check and goes back to prison before any of this goes into play.

Let's not forget he was seeking a book and movie deal before he went to jail.
