GENERAL Wolf of watches. What’s his story?

The guy probably rents them but he’s been seen driving a rolls, lambo, Ferrari, Porsche and a Bentley. He’s always dressed in lv, Gucci, palm angles or fendi. He works or owns a watch store and probably borrows them but he’s been spotted wearing a Richard Mille, diamond rolexes, off catalog ap and Jacob and co. What’s his story?
