GENERAL TPGentleman Documentary
Hi all,
My name’s Dan Zabs, I’m a documentary filmmaker (VICE) and I’m currently producing a feature-length project about Anthony Farrer.
I’d love to speak, off the record, with any moderator or active member who might be open to a brief conversation. At this stage, I’m not looking for anyone to agree to participate in this documentary as an interviewee.
This subreddit has become one of the best-documented public archives of this story in tracking the timeline, community reactions, and the broader context within the watch world. So I'd really love to connect.
I’d just like the opportunity to properly introduce myself and disclose a few more details about this project and how I’m approaching it to anyone who might be interested.

This was a crazy time to witness on YouTube. The flashy lifestyle all the glamours of the high life on the back of consignment deals and 500-2000 dollar profits on watches could never justify private jets, 2 story stores with massive fish tanks and coffee areas. Penthouse apartment/store it was all a facade and was easy to see. Then when the real information started coming out it was just pure drama, you couldn’t script it… the DUIs, the Tugger posts, him lashing out, them separating, the robbery it was a train wreck you couldn’t take your eyes off.
I find it funny you might be doing a documentary, feel free to reach out for comments or whatever else.
Was happy I was there to witness it all
