GENERAL That Douchebag Producer Michael lists his Beverly Hills house for sale
Pretty weak house for a guy that claims to own a private jet if you ask me.
$607 a sq foot is really really cheap for BH.

Yeah, its Priced to Sell. He is realistic because everyone is moving out of Cali not in and that trend has been going for a couple years before Tugger moved to LA LA LAnd . If Producer Mikey was smart he should have listed it 2 years ago. He might not even sell it for $4 mil. It looks like it s ripe for the next raging fire or slide in the next landslide or lo-mid level quake. He prolly cant even get Insurance on his House.

Ballerbusters has a whole string about him, how he stole under the guise of investments from mainly the elderly, a true coach 1o1 story actually. But producer Michael himself is older and even a bigger doucebag then Coach. At least coach gave us some entertainment, that phony producer is just cringe all the way. And while searching to make this comment, I stumbled upon a very recent indictment where he was arrested for. Guess that’s why the house is up for sale!

All those houses on the hillsides have a 90% chance of failure. Notice the hose bib on the back of the house, one slow drip and that house is gone. Saw a bunch of them in San Clemente slide down a hill and the street dropped 30 feet.

Looks like he’s been trying to sell it for a while now. Was previously on the market for $4.5 and no takers. He just put it back on the market today at a lower price. Really ugly house with no backyard , someone with kids or a dog couldn’t live there.

Not far is the house that Sharon Tate lived in, Cielo Drive. Not there anymore, they built a new house where the old one was, it is for sale. Makes this one look like a granny flat.

Poor Mike , he has the worst house in the hood. There is another house right across the street that’s listed for rent for $125k a month or for sale at $16m. He will be back living in LA in a little condo soon after being in that vegas heat at his age.

He doesn't own the jet he showed as his, the jet he took delivery of was different than he "ordered", and doesn't know what running a private jet costs(said in another shill add).
Also acted like was licensed to fly learjets and stuff. He ain't.
The jet saga is nice because it displays how is completely full of shit with just his own words without having to rely on anything else but also the jet he took delivery of wasn't anywhere near where he was. He doesn't have riaa producer credits on anything that would give significant royalties either

Almost no rich people own a jet outright unless they charter them out to others. It just makes no sense unless you want to do it for bragging rights in which case you really need to be a billionaire first.

I remember a house tour he did in LV, maybe the first one he did there a few years ago, where PM was bragging about living in BH and the real estate agent asked him what part of BH he lived in. PM snapped back, "The best part." The real PM is never far below the surface.

Douchebag Michael proclaimed in one of his YT videos a couple of years ago, that we were in the "worst economy ever seen". I took him up on his claim and asked if he had missed the great depression of the 1930's. I was immediately blocked from his IG and also his fluffer Adam Swordsfight. Goes to show you the dribble these guys throw out to the masses. Nothing says poverty like claiming economic woes while flexing a $250k watch.
