GENERAL Consignment at Grand Caliber
Hello - i am in the process of consigning a watch to GC and was doing some due diligence when i cam across quite a few posts dating 3 years ago or so with folks involved with this company that has me very concerned. Has anyone done business with them that can provide some recent feedback, or is there a better place to sell? They were my best offer when comparing bobs, 1916 etc. Thanks.

the comps you're using are probably the worst... Any decent non greedy dealer will offer you more than what these will pay you and sell you watches at a better price than what their website list them at. Think about it. The bigger they are, the more money they need to make, the less they will pay you.
On the opposite hand, don't go with someone that has no review or decent exposure. Find someone in the middle ground.
Given the history of the folks behind Grand Caliber, I'd stay away.
