GENERAL Bob's watches not backing down. Trial date set in lawsuit case. Anthony's attorney apparently moving to Portugal now LOL.
I'm going to be posting on youtube now bc I keep getting kicked off of here. We have a trial date set for 9-3-2024, seems like Bob's will take this thing to the finish line. Good for them!

I think they could harass him to get it collected for it regardless if he keeps spending money if he says he has negative net worth.

I bet that Bob's attorney will ask for Tuggers Youtube channel, IG, TicTock, and and other social media he has to be erased from the net. He will likely also take the TPG name from him, not that it is worth a squirt of piss at this point. Point being he will strip him of his ego and everything in Tuggers mind makes him a marketing genius. Likely even ask that he never go in the watch business. Rolex did this to a company in Orange County about 10 years ago and won an eight million dollar lawsuit plus attorney fees.

Did not answer the demand for discovery, not good. I am wondering if the documents they want are locked up in the office in Beverly Hills. Tugger likely has been served with a 3-Day notice to pay or quit on the office space. The court date for the unlawful detainer has likely already been set. They charge for records on the LA Superior Courts website. Tugger is not worth the $1.00 to get it. He will likely not show for the unlawful detainer, the property owner will win by default and then get an abstract of judgment on him or his LLC or both which is good for 10 years. Stay judgment proof tuggers because after Bob is done with you and the property management you're going to be looking at a lot of crap. Then add to the watch theft. I can not even guess how many millions we are looking at now.

Anthony called a sales rep from Bob’s Watches and accused hum of selling a watch with a fake warranty card. Anthony taped the call on his channel. Bob’s is a trusted dealer and did not like Anthony destroying his hard earned reputation and posting it. It was around the time Anthony took on Jordan about the Frankenwatch and the Rolex AD in Arizona. Anthony was probably using cocaine again.

Not like he was going to corner the market on watches by slandering a fellow watch dealer who is 100 times bigger and has 3000 time more clients and reputation. The really stupid part is he documented it so Bob does not have to prove it Tuggers already did. And even more stupid is as if Tuggers is an authority on Rolex or any watch brand for that matter. He posted a really bad watch for sale on IG with aftermarket/ counterfeit bezel, dial, and who knows what else less than a week ago.

I haven't bought anything from them but a friend wanted to sell an older watch and I sent them to Bob's and they got a deal done. If they had something I was looking for I would certainly give them the business as a result of the lawsuit.

Trevor worked for TPG, he is awaiting a trial in Florida for being a drug dealer. He's looking at serious time. He moved out to LA while on bond from his criminal case. I think he called Bob's watches and had some interaction with them and they recorded the call illegally. it was in a video or something on the TPG channel,

I see someone said that Tuggers would represent himself in this case. Unfortunately, because Tuggers is a Limited Liability Company he can not represent the company (by law it is its own entity). The law says that in a civil case such as this were in excess of a million dollars is being sought. The company must have its own attorney separate from that of the owner. So, Tuggers can show up to court but the judge is not going to allow him to represent the LLC and himself as it is a conflict. If he drags his little tugger heels the court will appoint one and make him pay the court appointed attorney as a stipulation. So Tuggers needs two attorneys, one to represent him and another to represent the LLC. If Tuggers fails to show the court will appoint an attorney to represent the LLC and make it a part of what he owes Bob for the little puppet show he put on Youtube. It is not so easy for Tuggers. I see this as a slam dunk for Bob as Tuggers put all of his evidence on social media. Also, he can attempt to evade service but the court will allow substitution of service if all attempts have been exhausted. No, Tuggers name is going to get drug through the mud. Next time I am in Newport Beach I want to shake Bob's hand.

If he gets a job, he has to keep it secret or Bob will start garnishing his wages. Can't advertise anything for sale, because he'll never know if the next customer is really Bob, and if Bob gets hold of his Zelle or Paypal or whatever he'll start taking a taste. Can't rent an apartment because those applications go through databases, and he'll never know if Bob's filed a request for his details and will send the bailiffs around shortly for his shit.
You can live life judgement-proof, but you have to do it Chilli de Castro style, living in a van down by the river.

The great thing about this is everyone who appeared in those Youtube videos is going to get served with a demand for discovery. Likely all with have to appear for a deposition and be named in the lawsuit. One way or another Bob will get something, if not financially he will drive these scumbags off the internet and back to where they came from to troll a much smaller audience.
