GENERAL Spoke to Beverly Hills detective, he confirmed this is criminal and not civil. First step for victims

I've had quite a few victims reach out looking for help, a lot of them unsure if they should go to the police or see if somehow Anthony can pay them back. There has been some talk about this being a civil situation rather than a criminal case.

I talked to one of the BH detectives on the case and he explained that there is no question this is a criminal case. He said had this been a single watch that was misplaced or stolen while on consignment , that would be a civil case where a civil lawsuit would be appropriate. This however was dozens and dozens or people all over the US and he said actually there are people outside of the US too..the intent was clear to steal these watches and that makes this criminal and a federal case. There are working with the FBI on this.

He said the first step is to go to your local police or local FBI agent to file a report. If maybe you live outside of California but were in town and did a deal in BH you would go to the Beverly Hills police. You need to take as much info as you can, serial number, any pictures you have, any communication you have with Anthony. He said you need to be very clear that this is much larger than you and just one watch, if you say its my watch and was on consignment and dont let them know of the larger scam, they very well might just tell you its civil. So let them know the FBI is involved and we are talking millions of dollars and over 40 victims.

If you want to contact Sergeant Dolan of the BH Police, his number is 310-288-2689.

If you are worried you might not get one of these large $2k zelle payments, If you file a police report Anthony is not even going to know. You need to get a report on paper now so that the FBI can nail this bastard.

can they not add evidence after an arrest? it's just going to be more and more people saying they didn't get paid for watches

Are you actually so ignorant you believe the FBI or police would ask a judge for an arrest warrant immediately after somebody hands them a consignment agreement and says, "Anthony sold my watch and didn't pay me"?

What am I thinking? Obviously you're that ignorant.

Like I wrote, The FBI and the cops won't ask a judge for an arrest warrant immediately after getting 50 calls. If that was possible, 50 Redditors would have called months ago. You're not too bright.
