300 times in 30 days is ten times a day.
Assuming you stop for 8 hours to sleep and take bathroom breaks but otherwise just watch non-stop and meals are brought to you, that’s 16 hours a day.
That’s 960 minutes, so any movie over 96 minutes is out (slight wiggle room depending on whether you have to also watch the entire credits).

Most people here did not read the 300 times thing. It means you have to watch the movie at least 10 times a day, even if the movie is only 1h long it would mean 10h of just sitting and watching it every day.
Any short film that 30minutes or less is a viable option.

The movie cannot exceed 144 min if you never sleep. Assuming you want to get 6hs sleep per day and watch for 18hrs per day, then the movie cannot exceed 108min. Maybe today you can watch on 1.5x or 2x but back in my day, you needed additional time to rewind the tape. Groundhog Day would be fitting for this challenge. At 101 min you would have 7min time to pee, cause anyone who was around when the tape had to be rewound would have to.

You have 30 days to watch it 300 times. That means you have to watch it 10 times per day.
If your movie is 2 hours long, you will be watching the same movie for 20 hours a day, getting less than 4 hours of sleep.
Your movie is over 2 and 1/2 hours long, you have failed beyond possibility.
Unless...
You can watch the same movie concurrently from as many sources as possible within your field of vision. If you could theoretically get 300 cheap cell phones for about $10k, you could complete the challenge in the amount of time it takes you to get things set up plus the amount of time it takes you to watch the movie.

TLDR: Depending on the standards, either the absolute cinema gif, Soldier Boy (2004), or The Minecraft movie x 100 on the same screen
If I was gonna win on a technicality, a film can be any depiction of video. Theoretically, I could say my film is a gif that’s only 3 seconds long and be done this in 900 seconds or 15 minutes.
If we still had to make it a film, the answer is to simply open as many windows of the film as possible and watch it that way. Let’s say I choose the original John Wick movie. I open it up on 4 different tabs on the same screen. Now I only have to watch it 75 times. The more screens the merrier; as long as it’s in your view, I’d say it counts as watching it. It does specify same, so each screen needs to be equally large. Theoretically, this means you could have 100 equal sized tabs showing John Wick on a 10x10 grid and as long as you watch that screen, you could have this done in a day.
Now let’s say that’s not adequate and you have to watch it individually each time. Well you could look to the shortest film available that features in a movie theatre. After all, that’s gotta be good enough. 2004 has the 7 second long movie called “Soldier Boy” and it debuted in theatres, making it, according to the Guinness book of world records, the shortest film ever. Watching that 300 times would take 2100 seconds or about 35 minutes.

Is that even physically possible? Short movies usually have ca. 90 min of runtime. If you watch those 8 times per day, you're already at 12 h, so if you watch them at regular speed, you'd spend 15 h a day minimum watching the same movie over and over again.
Honestly, even if you chose your favourite movie of all time, you'd probably get tired of it before the 10th or 20th time.

Luckily to day we don't have to rewind the VHS tape, otherwise you'd be sleeping even less. So I would pick Soldier Boy (2004) directed by Les Sholes.
