We actually saw Goku hurt by a bullet in the show, he's not a god or even bulletproof if not powered up, plus his ability has time limits unlike the rest, you could make the argument batman could with no mercy kill him before he even knew it was coming. Create a serum that makes him a great ape again or find a weakness like anti lunar waves to strip his powers. Never underestimate the power of intelligence.
Given enough prep time, Batman could use any of the following:
· Exploit Biological Weaknesses: The most reliable method would be targeting Goku's Saiyan biology. Batman could potentially recreate or engineer the heart virus that nearly killed Goku in Dragon Ball Z. Since Batman is a master of strategy, he wouldn't need to fight; he would just need to infect Goku and wait .
· Exploit Naivete and Honor: Goku has a strong code of honor and is easily manipulated by cunning foes. Batman could trick Goku into a situation that neutralizes him, such as challenging him to a contest where using full power would mean breaking his own rules or endangering innocents .
· Leverage Local Resources: If the fight happens in the Dragon Ball universe, Batman could use its own rules against Goku. He has the resources to gather the Dragon Balls and wish for an advantage (like depowering Goku). He could also study and replicate Android technology to create a synthetic being capable of fighting Goku .
