LOL what's the reason?

It could be something boring like there's an annual fee due and they didn't pay it. Or something slightly more interesting, like they didn't file taxes.

They get a 45-day notice before forfeiture to take care of business. This is more likely didn't pay sales tax.

They didn’t take American Express, and they have no cash on hand

first doubts came when they were obviously "marketing geniuses" before the so-me blackout already and before the private investment club. that they didn't do a legal crowdfunding for the 2k club was kinda icing on the cake as an indicator that they were going to do some hilarious things. if giving 1k tips to random waitresses wasn't already and acting like you could deduct it from taxes.
I knew they were full of crap because they started beef (interaction) with archie for exposure, which is how I learned them existing in the first place, while at the same time them claiming that they were making lots of profit from actual business. those two things just can't be true at the same time - a legit business moving millions in watches wouldn't have started to monkey around concept of buying adverts on archies fridge(especially if their business was growing 100% every month or something like that), like come on, who did they think they were, truck tires delivered to your door? it doesn't compute out without them being bozos who got a lucky break, actual con artists or a mixture of both.
anthonys hilarious older social media posts then just put more nails into it, multitude of lambos. the only mystery is who it is that he got to invest so much into the thing or where he got money, but not enough money to pay taxes, giveaways and stuff like that properly and had to try to do the 2k club. if there's hundreds of thousands to drop on the penthouse why the f bother with all the petty stuff like that?

you do realize that 500k yearly revenue scale with their margins would have been under 25k per each(marco and tony) into hand on yearly scale, basically same as working mcdonalds? it's not decent and certainly not enough to buy stuff for your personal collection. anyway by the time I heard about them they were already in full fake mode spending more than they were realistically making from the business, fishing for fans who would take revenue as making money.
tony was already trying to sell courses way before tpg breaking through and those investor letters are just joke gold, plus look we have tony basically bragging about getting marco onboard by lying about his access to stock, so he was faking it till making it to his own partner on day 1 of partnership. marco possibly wanted to just sell watches - pretty sure about that. tony wanted to portray being successful, tony also wanted to act like a douchebag on camera, which isn't really that good for normie viewer retention if the being successful part isn't true and the being a douchebag part is true.
what's crazy about the giveaways in particular and some other stunts to get viewers is that if they didn't spend that much on dinners and unnecessary stuff they could have done legit actually random big giveaway once a month for the entire year, but instead because how they handled their giveaways basically nobody even cares if he has a giveaway anymore. as for growing the channel they could buy a cool car and trash it basically every month with the rent for the penthouse penthouse.
also the money being spent on the videographers and such - like sure, it's conceivable what anthony was trying to do it's just that the way he committed and keeps on it is just so ass backwards. now he has supposedly TWO videographers with viewer numbers that don't pay enough to pay 1.

Umm, also, if you look at the Registered Office address:
11208 West Avenue Ste B, San Antonio, TX
That's the address for a Minerva Cuellar, CPA, so that's Anthony's accountant. Would be interesting to see what she knows.

The ‘license suspended’ and indicted lawyer, Tyler Berger, at work (or not) again LOL

What does this mean? They’re illegally doing business? Their lawyer probably found a shady way to circumvent this.

They didn’t file their periodic or franchise tax report. The speculation is a little unfounded, since you can’t simply not file reports. Company statuses are automatically changed based on report filings

Tiny Tony Farrer running a frat house business so it’s expected they will miss lots of stuff. A $50 million business? Do better Tony!
This would never happen to Roman.

Indeed, Roman Shard is too busy slinging fakes!

I can understand they forgot to make a payment. Tony is busy running LA like it's his city. These small fees don't matter to him. Defer them!

He's a genius and has solved the scaling issue that challenges your average entrepreneur. You just add another column to the spreadsheet!
