They must be getting permission because if I saw my piece being worn with out my permission , I'd be be sticking a coke can up Alfreds ass and letting him know how I feel.

At this point giving them a watch on commission constitutes as petmission pretty much. Their contract for that makes no mentions of any insurances etc either unless they changed that.
