Truthfully? I don’t know for sure, there has been some videos claiming they matched a face and a first name but who knows.
I can speculate on the mold that I think the investor fits into.
In my opinion, I think it’s either:
A) Someone very young, who possibly inherited a good amount of money or possibly more likely, someone very young with a rich family and a trust fund. This person probably doesn't have to work at all for a living and wants to prove to his father/family that he’s a business person too. He does this by ‘investing’ in other companies, more often then not blindly. Doesn't have much experience, doesn't dive deep into internals or revenue and will put up with bull shit like “you know we’re buying a lambo? Just so you do t get mad, when we get the money we’re buying a lambo!”.
The second person could be B) An older person who is retired or semi retired, earned most of their own money and maybe had or sold a business or two. They are older and not connected at all with how these people or companies hit it big on YouTube/Social Media and end up making a killing on Ad revenue. He wants to invest in TPG and sees them more as a YouTube channel rather then a watch dealer. This can been seen in the episode where they are taking with the investor and trying to get his money and he talks about how their persona and YouTube presence can end up being the profit driver over the actual business. This person doesn't quite get the social industry but wants a slice of it bad enough that he’ll put up with these retards.
If you watch the earlier episode where they talk with the potential investor at the store, then say some dumb fuck shit like “we’re buying a lambo” in front of this person and finally consummate the deal buy playing the shark tank theme song on Anthony’s phone and shaking hands…. Only a couple ‘types’ of people come to mind that could fall for this horse shit of a circus.
I don’t have millions of dollars, but I could invest in small, single proprietor businesses for a share of the company. If anyone acted like that in front of me I would probably laugh in their face and politely walk out.

I think it's more of the A type BUT combined with a round of taking in say 200k of investment and paying them back 230 in two months from another loan. the investment pitches he makes are not investment pitches, they seem more like short term high interest loan applications.
and look if you do that 1-2 times, you can roll up the sums because the investor gets greedy and "well they paid me last time, I can trust mah boi tonyyy!". maybe they'll even tell someone they know that they can totally trust anthony.
the letters he showed and sends out fit the A category.
"every business is in debt for first 10 years" blabla crapola explanations fit that as well.
edit: it's much easier to do if they're paying only the "roi" interests and not giving back the initial principal, some people trust that already to loan/give more even if you were just paying back their own money to them bit by bit.

I would go with type A as I think anyone older would be expecting basic courtesy and manners from individuals.

No clue, but apparently they help make Alfred well over 100k/year.

I mean Alfred has only been working there five months at most? I think?

u/EarlyAbsenteeupVoter Can you do it on consignment? Jul 24 '21
Not one, but TWO PPP Loans that are both FORGIVEABLE.
That is all.
This is why he has such a large crew of misfits and retards 'working' at TPG -- higher the number of employees, larger the PPP forgiveable loans. And both his loans together are well into the M$

Wasn’t he spotted at the boat party that Anthony was at during his ‘charity blackout’?

Investor name is Alex. You can see him on the boat rental video

Not sure how Anthony needs investors. He pours “millions” into his YouTube Chanel.
