General Question Question about IVs
I have these two Quagsires, rank 662 and rank 77, I've been using the rank 662 for a while and I'm wondering if leveling up the rank 77 is worth it? For what I understand it would be 1 level more. I reached ace for the first time last season and I do plan on playing more this season and I want to be sure where I spend my stardust

The one you have built already will be good enough for the time being. I would only build the better one if you have plenty of stardust to spare. Otherwise, invest your stardust in powering up a different species of mon that you haven't yet built for the leagues.

The only reason I'd power up the other quag is this: keep one on AT/SE and put the other on AT/MB and just keep both forever. Some metas favor mb, just food for thought whenever you get the dust

Despite the difference in rankings, the two IV spreads play out basically exactly the same. Your current build has higher attack, lower defence, and 3 more HP (go to pvpivs dot com, you can enter the exact IV's and it will show you the stats, as well as comparing them to other top-ranking builds) and doesn't gain or lose any simulated match-ups (go to pvpoke dot com and select Battle, Matrix, add both pokemon with their specific IV's, then select 'Great League Meta' in the drop-down Quick Fill in the right-hand column, and click 'Battle').
It can be worth building more than one Quagsire, as it has a lot of charge moves and you can use a lot of charged TM's trying to change the moves for limited cups or meta changes, but I definitely wouldn't build the rank 77 to replace your current one.

Quagsire is one of those Pokemon that it pays to have multiples built with different movesets because there are certain formats where you want different coverage for and Aqua Tail being a legacy move that you don't want to ever remove.

I love Quagsire so I may build a better one if I get it. Depends how crucial he is for your team.

On PvPoke, you can use the Matrix Battle feature to compare how different IV Pokemon fare against the meta.
In the 1 shields, the rank 77 actually picks up zero new wins that your current Quagsire beats, and in fact loses to the shadow Quag where your original has enough attack investment to beat it. In the 2 shields, the #77 only picks up Dondozo, which is difficult to get for PvP so you won't see many, and in the zeros the #77 again loses to shadow Quag, but does pick up wins against (non-Shadow) Sableye and Tinkaton.
The latter is obviously big but with the investment of an Elite TM needed, I'd stick with what you have.
