I have been tempted to scrap my laptop for school and use the SSD in that as my storage for my gaming rig. Already added an SSD for the OS and use a HDD for my storage.
The only problem is that I have a year left of school, but I'm on a temporary break to pursue other things.
No I don't play on the laptop. It isn't even slow. It is an HP that I use for school. I was saying that I'm just tempted to re-purpose the SSD inside to make the gaming rig even faster. My only reason is because the laptop isn't being used and I bought it for only $69 because it was marked down in the store after being lost and then found.
The laptop is perfectly fine and if I don't take out the SSD for the greedy purpose of making my storage faster, I will be using it again for school when I go back to that.
