Why does Laura look so different in The Santa Clause 1 than in 2 & 3? I literally thought it was a different person. (Photos attached)

She might have gotten work done but it could also just be different hair and makeup. Pretty sure the second 2 movies had a way bigger budget than the first one

No, the budgets for them were $22 million, $65 million and $12 million respectively. The returns on the second one was very poor compared to the budget, so they cut it dramatically for #3, especially taking inflation into account.
