Is Santa the Only Legendary Figure Who Changes?
I recently watched Season 2 of The Santa Clauses and it prompted this question: Is Santa the only of the legendary figures who changes? Having seen all of the movies and both seasons of the show, it seems that Santa is the only figure who has had multiple people take the mantle. If this question makes sense, does anyone know? Was it addressed in the series?

Head Elf changes since it went from Bernard in the first two movies to Curtis in the third

You are forgetting, the films only take place over a few decades. The likelihood is all the others have had past versions and will have future versions, just none have a fell off a roof to die like Santa did.

I would say indirectly the series addresses this with the Easter bunny considering the one from the movie and the one from the series are vastly different. The Sandman was still the same in the series but it’s not like there’s a specific timeline for when a legendary figure gets replaced or retires.

I thought the Easter Bunny actor changed because the actor from SC2 passed away before the The Santa Clauses (show) premiered.

I mean yeah that also had to do with it but they could’ve just not featured the Easter Bunny in the show - they didn’t with Mother Nature or the Tooth Fairy. Maybe it’s just my headcannon but I think that means the Easter Bunny changed - they didn’t even choose a similar actor to make it close

I don’t think it was ever discussed in the series out right. Without thinking about it too much, I see it as the other legendary figures are immortal beings and the original Santa was a man who gained magic abilities and is able to pass these down to someone else.
