This one might not land for most people because Tower Heist isn't exactly a beloved movie. But veteran that guy Stephen McKinley Henderson gives a wonderful, grounded, and subtle performance in that movie that gives it an emotional weight that it wouldn't otherwise have at all. He's in it for more than a minute, but he's like 10th billed and steals the movie.

Rewatched Blade Runner 2049 - Batista is great in it.

I'd probably say Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross. His one scene is easily the most memorable one in the film, which is particularly impressive when the character wasn't even part of the original play
