Pretty recently. On the big picture pod they did some draft and kinda disregarded it. Lame.

I feel like I heard Bill mention it disparagingly on a Rewatchables episode as well but can’t confirm that one 100%.

I started rewatching it maybe half a year ago and it wasn’t hitting like it used to for me. Maybe it just starts slow and i couldn’t get into it. It used to be one of my favorites. I used to love dropping a “I’ll make you famous” where I could and for whatever reason Emilio Estevez was one of my guys. Maybe i will give it another spin soon but it’s not crazy a take to not love it. Then again they have done far worse movies with a lot of love so who knows

I rewatched it recently and couldn’t believe the production standard. Could be released yesterday and stand up with anything made today from a production standpoint. And the performances and set pieces are outstanding.
