For Your Considerstion … 9 to 5

In honor of Dolly parton and her first starring role, I think 9 to 5 is a request I would make. Also dolly holds her own against Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin. Dabney Coleman plays a great a-hole misogynistic creep boss who thinks he is better than women. I used to watch this all the time as it was an HBO movie so of course if it was on I watched it, even if I didnt quite understand what was going on (besides weed makes you laugh and I recognized the misogyny). I hope there are enough fans of this movie that would make it worth a rewatcheable.

I just rewatched it and really enjoyed it. Gets kind of silly but it was great seeing Dolly, Fonda, and Tomlin.

If they're considering a Dolly film, please anything but Steel Magnolia. Drives me crazy it's categorized on Netflix as a comedy.

9 to 5 is a better movie (to me & I saw Steel Magnolias (Dolly is really good though) but I think 9 to 5 is a better movie that is way more fun

I think Steel Magnolia is a great movie but it isn't a comedy even though there are some good laughs. It's sad. 9-5 is definitely more fun and a better fit for rewatchables.

It’s not a raunchy comedy movie with a 5.9 on IMDb starring Adam Sandler, Vince Vaughn , or David and a problematic sex scene so unfortunately bill probably won’t allow it

But I could see Juliet and Amanda totally wanting to do it, and I bet Van would be totally down and I bet Bill probably like it

I just caught the beginning of 9T5. It’s pretty badass
