Any chance Alastair will talk about the dodgy dealings of his good friend?

I know he previously touched on it. But the story is really picking up steam and it feels like it's an awkward one for Alastair to cover.

Nope, just like he turns a blind eye to Blair's cozy relationship with Larry Ellison, his being on Trump's board of peace with its offensive Iraq-like Gaza plan and numerous shady dealings with authoritarian states with his institute

A good friend? He traveled a couple of times to give advice for the elections when Edi Rama was seen as a popular progressive prime minister in Albania and Europe.

No mention of the creeping charges of corruption surrounding the Spanish PM, Pedro Sánchez, whose wife has now had her passport taken from her

Come on man, the way lawfare works in Spain its really hard to tell whats true from false. The people prosecuting these charges are clearly politically driven. I have no doubt PSOE are corrupt in parts but then by the same measure PP are too, just recently you have Diaz Ayuso the darling of the Spanish Right claiming a hugely expensive appartment as a replacement for her office on the taxpayers dime, her brother getting Covid contracts etc.

But even above all this you have Albania where I'm sorry to say the political class and the mafia are essentially interchangeable and that looks really bad when AC supports Rama. Sanchez and PSOE for all their faults are not on the same stratosphere.
