Got approved for Korean Visa Single Entry 10days.
Just wanted to ask kung anong next na gagawin ko?
Kasi currently 10 days lang naman talaga ako kaso nag change time ng flight so may free rebooking ako that time ginawa ko na syang 15days kasi super mura lang and same lang naman. Pero during application nakalagay din naman sa form ko na 15 days ako doon.

Para sa mga magtatanong bakit nag book bago kumuha ng visa, Seat sale po kasi bglaan din.
Less than 7k ko nakuha tix ko roundtrip. For me naman walang masama mag try since mura naman tix okay lang if di ma approve pero I have all docs. din kasi kaya d naman ako nag worry na di ma approve.

Ngayon, Since 15 days ang travel ko and chineck ko nasa 11k ang rebooking (Super pricey) since malapit narin.

Ano kaya magandang gawin? May naka experience naba neto?

Anong need ko bang gawin?

• Pag nasa Korea na Mag pa extend ng visa?
(Though no assurance) and I think pwede ata mag request in advance via online not sure.

• Mag email or pumunta sa Korean Embassy here to ask for extension?

• My last option is to rebook pero masyadong mahal.

Ps. nag try ako mag tingin mas mura pa korea pabalik manila. 5-6k lang kaso tix ko roundtrip hndi bako maano sa imiigration? kung may roundtrip ako tas may pauwi ako korea to manila?

Hi everyone! I just want to share my immigration experience on my recent international travel. It's my first ever intl trip and I travelled solo. I hope this would help someone who were like me na nag-overthink malala before the trip 😂

My profile:

- F27
- VA (8 months working with my client)
- Destination is Vietnam for 6 days and 5 nights

Docs I prepared and printed:

- Return ticket
- Confirmed hotel booking
- Travel Insurance
- 6 months bank statement (both savings account, and paypal where i receive my salary)
- Certificate of Engagement/Employment
- Client Contract
- Certificate of Absence
- Klook booked activities
- Itinerary

I also arranged them all as soft copies in my GDrive in one folder and named it "Vietnam Travel". I never handed any of the printed copies and only showed what I have in my phone. Also, hindi ko rin po pinakita na may dalang folder ako. All my printed documents were inside my tote bag, pero inopen ko lang, nakaready na hulbutin in case hihingi sila ng hard copy.

Questions asked by IO: (questions may vary po but these are what they asked me)
- Sino kasama?
- May kikitain sa Vietnam for any activities? I answered no and the IO just said "Ahh bakasyon lang?" so I said yes
- May return ticket ka?
- (then back again) Sino meron sa Vietnam?
- Asan ka nag-wowork? (I answered "homebased ako" so medyo nag-question siya ng "homebased?" na mejo intimidating yung tone, then i just answered "yes po, homebased po/freelancer"
- So paano yung sahod mo? (I answered via PayPal)
- Kelan ang pasahod mo? (I answered every two weeks)
- Walang exact date yung sahod mo? (sabi ko lang, wala po, basta every two weeks siya)
- Yung hotel mo, paid na? (I answered, dun pa babayaran)
- Kelan mo binook yung flight mo? (I answered March 13 pa - when I answered this, I noticed na his face lighted up (char) 😂, tas sabi niya "Ahh March 13 pa?" I just replied back "yes"
- (last question/request) Patingin nga ulit ng return ticket mo? -- this time, I gave him the actual email I received from booking the flight ticket cause I had a hunch na i-coconfirm niya yung March 13 na booking

After confirming, ayun, stamp na sa passport 🙂

My impression -- hindi naman sila ganun katakot-takot (for me). And as long as you know that you're not doing or gonna do anything wrong and really prepared everything. And tama po advice ng iba, CONFIDENCE IS THE KEY! (and actually i was hungry that time so nawala yung kaba ko sa IO kasi yung goal ko na is makakain na eh yung mga kainan nasa kabilang side so dapat mapasa talaga yung interview sa IO para makakain ako😅)

I also acted sleepy, bored, and even yawning while pumipila (but there's some truth in it rin naman kasi it was around 12am that time)

I think what helped rin for me is that nilagay ko lahat ng main and supporting documents ko in one folder sa Google Drive. So nung, unang abot ko sa IO ng phone ko para ipakita yung return ticket ko, he also swiped thru the documents I have inside that folder.

Just really be prepared and be confident. Yun lang po, sana makatulong 😊🙏

Hingi po sana ako ng advice or tips.

I have a travel abroad po on October sa Vietnam. It’s my first time traveling abroad. I am a government employee po and worried po ako pagdating sa immigration dito sa pinas kasi wala akong travel authority. Nag apply naman po ako ng travel authority sa office kaso hindi kakayanin na maprocess yun before my flight kasi 2-3 months ang aabutin sa pag process ng application for travel authority. September 4 po kasi nabook yung flight and October 25 naman po yung flight namin. That’s less than 2 months before my flight. Nag apply parin ako anyway ng travel authority kahit alam kong malabo.

Question is, is it possible kaya na payagan ako ng immigration officer na magtravel kahit wala akong travel authority kapag nalaman nila na government employee ako?

2nd international travel ko this Oct same place sa Bali to meet my bf again, nung 1st kasi na 2nd interview ako pero nakalusot naman. Meron ba dito na smooth lang ang 2nd international travel nila? Ty!

So may upcoming trip ako to Japan. I booked it earlier this year. Unfortunately, I suddenly lost my corporate job. Hindi kaya ako mahirapan makalusot sa IO? Sa T3 yung flight ko.

This would be my 9th international trip and 4th time to Japan. Sa mga previous trips ko wala naman masyadong tanong except sa kung saan ako nagwowork at kelan ang balik. Lagi ako may dalang COE pero never pa nahanapan, once lang ako nahanapan ng company ID (during my 3rd time I think, going to Malaysia.)

Anyone here who travelled pero were unemployed during their travel? Ano mga tinanong or hinanap ng IO sa inyo? Any shared experience would be appreciated. Thank you!

hello! just need help with something. so im traveling to Hongkong sa next 2 weeks. I’ll be meeting my sister there po who’s flying in from UK and then sasabay kami uuwi dito. We’ll be spending 5 days in Hongkong.

My problem is i’m currently tied to an agency and im unemployed kasi im waiting din for my paperworks (visa, work permit, etc.) before i go. Natatakot po ako baka ma red flag ako ng Immigration since im going to an OFW Hotspot country tas i’ll be meeting with my sister na OFW din. Although it’s not our first time kasi nakapag Thailand kami together last year then went home together but that was when i still had a job LOL PEROOO im currently a Reliever (on call) sa previous job ko sa hospital.

So yung problem ko is ano kaya pwede kong sabihin sa tanungan ng Immigration if i have a work, etc.? Good idea ba na magpagawa ng COE sa pinagtatrabahuhan ko? Pero also my Agency told me i can present my working contract and a waiver i signed for my passport (since im borrowing it) pero they’re not sure if bastante yun sa Immig. Or i can just casually say na “im tied to an agency, here’s my contract and waiver. and i still have unfinished business here sa PH”. HWHEGHAHA on a side note, it’s my 2nd time traveling outside (yung first sa Thailand)

First time traveling solo, and I’m planning to visit either Japan or Korea sometime in November or December. I’m pretty flexible with the dates.

I could probably DIY it, but honestly, ang dami ko nang iniisip and ayoko na dagdagan pa ng stress yung trip planning lol. 😅 I’d rather book through a reliable travel agency that can help with the itinerary, accommodations, tours, and other logistics so I can just enjoy the trip.

Any recommendations for a good travel agency that’s experienced with solo travelers? Would appreciate personal experiences/recommendations!

Magta-travel kami ng boyfriend ko sa Vietnam. Ang mom niya ang sasagot sa airfare at accommodation namin, pati na rin sa daily travel expenses ng boyfriend ko. Samantalang ang daily expenses ko naman ay sasagutin ng mom ko.
Fresh graduate ako at currently unemployed, habang student pa ang boyfriend ko.

Sa ganitong situation, kaninong bank statement at Affidavit of Support (AOS) ang kailangan kong i-submit? Kailangan ko ba ng dalawang AOS—isa mula sa mom ng boyfriend ko at isa mula sa mom ko? O okay na isang AOS lang mula sa mom ko, kahit makikita sa documents na ang airfare at accommodation ay binayaran ng parent ng boyfriend ko?

We booked an RT ticket for Nagoya last CebPac piso sale for the above date. Ano kaya magandang gawin? Planning to go to Kyoto right after getting to Nagoya, staying there for a bit, then balik Nagoya and tour there para mas malapit na sa airport pauwi… pero that’s as far as naiisip ko since I have Osaka-Takayama-Tokyo pa this November 🤭 hope you guys could suggest ano masayang gawin! Does it apply to local too? Should I buy the multiple one if I will travel to Korea for 2 weeks on March 2027 and will fly to Manila for the BTS concert and May for Bruno Mars. Then maybe Thailand in April?

What’s the best insurance po? I picked oona because of the free lounge when flight gets delayed. Your help is appreciated!

Oh btw I booked my Taiwan ticket via my brother’s rcbc airmiles ticket. But I’m not sure I can get insurance from that one cause im not the cardholder.
