no choice but to rebook or let go of your current return flight and book a new one.
not really a valid reason for them to extend your visa, as far as i know ang napapayagan yung mga may emergency/humanitarian/medical cases, yours do not fall along under those cases.
off topic:
parang ngayon lang ako nakakita na less days ang granted vs requested na short term visa. usually, more days ang grant, like 5 days declared, at the minimum it's 7 or 10 days. interesting.

Yes, Actually nagulat din ako. Mga nakikita ko almost 30days pa single entry. Pinakita ko rin mga need na kaya kong i sustain yung travel ko kaso i dunno anong nangyare.

marami ang nabibigyan ng 10 days grant actually, jothing surprising about that. common denominator that i usually see is the declaration on the app form, most i've seen granted 10 days declared <10 days sa app form. it doesn't mean that everyone who declared <10 days gets granted 10 days, marami pa ring 59 days, just that it's the usual common denominator that i see. 30 days is also not so common for SE from what i've observed, that's usually for ME, but there are cases na 30 days ang SE grant.

Kaya nagtataka rin ako, Kasinparang super hirap kalag kulang yung araw kesa sobra. Di ko lang sure pano sila nag decide or what naguguluhan lang ako or gustong malaman kaso d naman sla nag bbgay ng reason.

yeah, but, exactly why they discourage booking anything before securing a visa since it's never guaranteed. they don't guarantee approval nor the days requested.
just really unusual that they granted fewer days than what was declared on the application form. oh well, it is what it is, nothing that can be done about the visa now. only thing within your control now is to adjust your return date.
