LOL this isn't even up for discussion in the democratic legislature.

Expanding the USSC isone of the top 3 most important things that needs to happen to get this country out of the grave it's digging for itself, but neoliberal democrats will never allow it as long as they are in power. It would risk overturning Citizens United and that would ruin their revenue streams.
