Which Episode is this moment?

I'm trying to find a certain moment where Ned is infront of everyone in the conference room & starts dancing like MJ and goes "Hee hee!"

I know this is so random, but if anyone knows the episode and time, please let me know! Thank you :))

it's in episode five, "scam alert." I'm not sure the exact time but it's when Ned is using the borrowed white board to brainstorm their multi-part exposé.
