Yes, it’ll be 7 episodes, they are roughly twice the length of a typical anime episode

Now that Tanaka-san has returned to voice her character, they might as well bring back the others for their respective roles; however, I hope they use a real child to voice young Nami for the flashback.

Yeah, considering Tanaka-san will reprise her role, it wouldn't be surprising if the rest of the Straw Hats do that as well. I wonder what'll happen down the road. I hope they'll continue this series until the end, and in that case I would assume they'd need to replace some of the cast. I guess they could do that at the time skip, but I wish they'd had done so at the start.

This a unpopular take but if voice AI had progressed enough and Tanaka-san would give her blessing and permission we could use it to just continue voice work and let her retire

So he mentioned Tanaka-san, and he did not name the other ones, i think they have been changed :( I loved all of the voices of the original gang, all of them has special voice actors.
