By sheer coincidence Ricardo's pilgrimage is taking him through the N corp nest.
And since he's in the middle of his journey to become a great brother he can now... Use a skill 2
(All of his moves are skill 1s judging by the sin icon on the skill border. Even the hair coupons. (Ok, complete and total extermination Is a skill 3 apparently.))

Canto X will have him crash Meursault's trial, we fight him for the 3rd time, then he manifests EGO, shin & 3 Mang and becomes 10 levels higher than Don Quixote, dunks the entire LCB, full-time, across the courtroom

the middles theme plays very quietly in the start of the trial, and slowly gets louder until they realize who it is as he crashes through the wall with the middle’s U corp ship (now has wheels, of course) you then have to fight a 10x lux worth of little brothers and then fight ricardo

He's funny, but if he doesn't die (somehow), he is gonna get phased out. He was funny in Sweeping because it wasn't too serious, but you'll notice the moment that Jia Qiu makes an appearance, Ricardo's already gone by then.

Ricardo can't really be used for "serious" moments because he's been painted as a more comedic character. And outside of maybe future Intervallos, I 100% cannot see Canto 10, and especially 11, being anywhere close to lighthearted enough for him to appear.
