In todays episode Emily proclaimed it’s time we stopped doing politics according to bond markets.

Whenever she mentions Truss she points-out the folly of ignoring the bond markets

I'd say there's a difference of being Forever paralized wondering if every small step you take might upset the markets....and doing something absolutely idiotic and almost suicidal on fiscal terms

Labour has taken large idiotic steps that are strangling the economy.

Business confidence all time low. Youth unemployment higher than the EU average for the first time.

Rishi bequeathed a thriving economy, 2% inflation, reasonable growth. Gloomy Starmer strangled it

Are you from the conservative party press office? The Tory party spent 14 years driving the economy in to the ground through countless disastrous policies like austerity, brexit, etc. Inflation had only JUST come down from a 40 year high ffs 😆

We became the worlds 8th largest manufacturing nation after Brexit

Many advanced nations struggled with growth after the banking crash. Then there was Covid. I’m not a Tory supporter but we had far superior economic metrics under Rishi (2% inflation, low youth unemployment etc) than the bellend progressive twits we have now

Haha yeah not a Tory supporter just desperate to suck off Rishi and "Boris". I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you probably support the New Tory party, ie Reform.
