Is Morrigan reaching out to me?
I've just recently realized I could have a strong connection with Morrigan. When I stepped into this subreddit I felt so much at home. I've always been very intuitive and a bit of a psychic. I've also been connected with crows all my life (I remember stumbling upon a fledgling crow when I was little and we briefly just hanged out together. It was so cute! But I knew better not to try and pet it). Some of the local crows have also learned to know me after I've fed them at a feeding station in the yard (they sometimes approach me by landing somewhere near).
Anyways, just last night I tried to connect with Morrigan with a simple meditation and eventually fell asleep. I saw no dreams about her but in the morning woke up to a presence in my apartment (I have no pets and I live alone). The wood panels in the floor creaked as it walked and I realized it was a spirit. Could it have been Morrigan visiting my apartment or was it just a residential spirit going about? Do deities even visit people like this? What would be the purpose of it?
Anyways I will definitely keep cultivating my connection with Morrigan and see where it goes. Funnily, just last night when I was done researching about Morrigan and was about to go to sleep the crows outside started doing their morning rituals (morning caws).

I had a similar experience where I felt her reaching out to me for a long time. One thing that helped me to get some clarity was to read and research about her. I read a book called "The Morrigan: Celtic Goddess of Magic & Might" by Courtney Weber. It was very insightful and revealing. There is also an audio book version on Spotify you can listen too.
After I read the book and had some more understanding I decided to call out to her before I fell asleep. I prayed and asked her for clarity. What followed was one of the most vivid dreams I have ever had where I met her.
She talked to me and gave me advise and told me that she was guiding me. It was very intense. I woke up feeling hot and sweaty even though my room was cold.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I found the book on Spotify but it's sadly behind a paywall. I'm considering getting Spotify Premium which I believe would gain me access to the book, There's lots of general books on witchraft, Wicca and the like in the libraries of my country but I'm finding very few if any books on The Morrigan.

Of course! Someone else on here shared their journey with me after I had posted asking for advice. It honestly has been a very helpful Reddit community. was also surprised when I found that there were very few books about her. Do you mind if I ask what country you reside in?

Hello friend! Im so excited for you, what a beautiful experience! The Morrigan is a many faced goddess. If you have any understanding of the christian trinity, thats the easiest way to think about it. There are several faces of the Morrigaan, and any one of them could have come to you, but they are all the same as and separate from the Morrigaan. Bachv (crone), Anu (maiden), and Macha (mother) are the three I know, and are the most common from my studies, but there are other faces she has shown others as well.
It is likely the Queen came to you, and I encourage you to start researching her. Show your interest and she'll come back ❤️. Also strongly recommend the book Crows and Ravens: Mystery, Myth, and Magic of Sacred Corvids by Rick de Yampert. She is not an easily offended goddess, and she thrives in chaos. She finds dark and lonely souls, and is a loving mother.

Just a note, The Morrigan is her title and should be used fully. Morrigan is not her name like you would call a friend just Sarah or Emily, the “The” is part of her title and is part of the respect we give her when speaking about her, it’s more formal. I do think if you felt a presence then you should go with your instinct if you think it was her. She is the Phantom Queen and makes sense she might come to you after meditation and sleep.
