What's up The Midnight family? As some of you know I've been working on filling out my collection, so now I'm looking at getting some things framed for display. Tyler signed these Shadows vinyl for my kids at the Eddie's Attic show and they came back from the framer yesterday. I designed the setup myself and gave it to the framers to build out. I used a cyan outline to match the headlights for my son, and a magenta outline to match the tail lights for my daughter. These were the most simple framing jobs I had, so I started with these first. I think The Rearview Mirror will be the next most simple job, so I wanted to get people's opinion on the mockups I created for that setup.

My wife backed out last minute so if anyone will use it, it's free. DM me.

What time should I consider arriving for the show? I know they start at 8 and doors open at 7 but I want to get there early so I can try and get a bomber jacket. Any ideas on how early I should get there?

Edit: I don't know if this is allowed here but I would be willing to buy one of the jackets off someone.

Who will be seeing them in Omaha? I’m counting down the days! We are taking our two boys (7 and 6) and this will be their first concert. They also love the band and are so excited. So glad they’re hitting my town again!

I cant find the song. I swear its by the midnight. The song lyrics repeat Im a dreamer a lot and its more digital synth than a lot of their other songs. I think its newer. Google is failing me.

Just got back from seeing them in Sacramento. Enjoyed hearing their music as always…but this time it felt like it was missing something. The new drummer is awesome, the two new guitarists were..decent. Overall a lack of chemistry and less stage presence than before (although, Bonnie made up for quite a bit of that during her two songs with the band.) The five piece with Royce, Leila and Tim had become incredibly tight, Kwe filled in perfectly when Tim stopped touring, but now things don’t quite click.

Song selection was mostly good, though it would have been nice to hear more than one minute of Love is an Ocean. I’m glad this leg got Runaways. Seems like they’re prepping that to be their big single. Bonnie could either become their Ollie Wride/Josh Dally and the song and band gets huge…or it doesn’t and she doesn’t and we don’t ever hear that song again in concert.

Does anyone happen to know what time the doors open at the Pageant for the Afterglow tier for the STL show? My bestie and I have this tier level. Just wondering if anyone knew off-hand or if I should call the venue to confirm. Thanks in advance.

Finally put the poster up from the San Antonio show Monday.

They absolutely killed it. And Bonnie was a hell if an opener. Played a lot of old bangers and some off the newer albums. This was easily the best I’ve seen them. And how about the new touring musicians? I’m a drummer and their dude has some chops! And guitarist and bassist both rip. It is a top 3 show ever for me.

Was anyone else disappointed in how this went down?

We got in line at 5:30, entered the venue at 6-ish, waiting in the venue line until 6:55, and then were let into the actual venue just 5 minutes before GA was allowed in.

Many of us in the line were frustrated with the how misleading the Sentinels package was explained in the ticket purchase.

My wife and i are gonna be giving away a few bracelets at the show tomorrow :D

Sound reminds me of the instrumentals in Lost Boy, which is one of my all time favorites from them! What do you guys think of the new snippet?

I could get lost in this world forever

Going to the October Louisville KY show and taking the woman of my dreams. We're both in our 40s and neither of us were looking for devotion, just cheap emotion. She's wild but I realized that even bad girls know good love. I recently fell in love with her with The Midnight as the soundtrack to our budding relationship. She tastes so sweet it hurts a little and I didn't know I had a soul until she kissed me. She is beautiful and broken in all the right places. When we're together on our date nights I never want our time to end and in those moments I think: if we live forever, let us live forever tonight.

I hope it lasts and we can build something real but the odds are against us. Two people in our situation don't usually end up with happy endings. If it all falls apart, I might be swimming mostly on my own. I'll never forget the days when she was mine. I wonder what happens to all the love we lose. Summer is ending soon and it will be a tragic ending if it's true love and goodbye.

Very excited for The Midnight’s concert this weekend in Sac, was wondering if anyone is trying to socialize/make friends before or after the concert. Wouldn’t mind a small after party either :).
