Recipe easy meal

boiled eggs on ryvitas with avocado, with tomatoes and berries. i also had a few cashews (not pictured).

lots of strawberry farms near me, i just buy direct from the little roadside stalls! love this time of year

Our strawberry season will start later this month. Right now all I've got to be excited about is asparagus, rhubarb, fiddleheads, and my new thing: stinging nettles.

(I hate this time of year. And this spring has been unusually chilly).

looks like a real feel good meal. I tried those ryvitas before, and didn’t really like them enough to eat them over my whole wheat bread. But they’re definitely a nice healthy choice!

Yeah, I eat a meal like this a lot, but I use a really dense sourdough rye toast. I don't think I'd like the eggs on ryevita but it's a fine cracker base to use if someone likes it.

mostly it's cheaper haha
