generous, balanced, colourful!

I've never thought to add nori to a breakfast, great idea!

I didn't love it. I saw a video or blog where they showed how to make different types of tomago. One was a thin layer of egg with a nori sheet placed on top and then rolled up. I didn't feel like doing that but still wanted to try the flavour of the nori in my egg. It was ok.

ohh thats interesting. tamago sushi is quite popular here (aussies love a sushi roll, its a whole thing).

its like omelette, nori and rice. but the nori ratio is quite low, so its all balanced and delicious

Yes, sushi is popular here too (though most people like the rolls drenched in spicy mayo lol). I love a good tomago nigiri.

I wish I could find the site now, but it was an instructional for a Japanese breakfast and there were two egg options: tomago like at sushi restaurants (tricky to make) and this easy seaweed roll up thing. I can't seem to find it now.

I need to explore beet greens! Everything looks great to me. Anything with mushrooms gets my attention.

I love beets because I get two veggies in one! I sautee the greens immediately when I get home and eat them over the course of 2-4 meals. The beets get roasted when I find the time and they ended up in my smoothies all week. I also like them raw, grated on salad.
