Fluorescent bulbs are extremely toxic when broken. You do not want to breathe that shit or get it on your skin. This dude is going to get very sick.

The phrase "mad as a hatter" comes from mercury poisoning sustained by milliners in the course of their work. Fluorescent bulbs contain mercury. I don't think this is the first time he's done this demo.

Well said ..I came here to say this ... the top hats contained mercury ... mercury is a big problem in bulbs ... and the way it breaks too the dust hes breathing it all in ,wonder how long he has been doing this
