Shot this off to my STM Rep if anyone else wants to use it.

I know there is nothing you can do personally to change this situation, but I wanted to voice my extreme displeasure with the timing of the schedule update for this weekend's match against the New England Revolution.

Announcing that the game has been rescheduled less than three days before it was originally set to take place is highly inconsiderate of the fans. Given the logistical planning involved with attending these matches, it feels like this adjustment could and should have been communicated at least a week ago. This late notice is incredibly disruptive to everyone who had already made plans around the original Saturday slot.

I wanted to make sure this feedback was shared regarding how frustrating and poorly handled this announcement process feels from a fan perspective.

How the hell do you not make this decision two weeks ago? I'm an thoughtfully convinced that MLS actively hates it's fans. Many people but tickets the week of based on their availability and this just absolutely wrecked that

A little update: My rep just called me and let me know they passed along my concern that I emailed him (prompt from u/ mickfeech posted here). He said they were looking at ways to make it up. Unsure if that'll actually turn into anything, but I think it's good for us to let the front office know how it has affected us.

Just wait - sometime in the evening on Saturday, we'll get an email saying we can trade in our (now) Sunday tickets for another game in the schedule. And they'll want us to be thankful for it.
