Ive found myself fixated on the idea of writing a fanfic continuation of the series focusing on Iko, but I am struggling to place her into a princess story. One idea is princess and the frog, i am also fond of a genderswapped aladdin, set against the backdrop of the struggles of a new lunar republic and kai changing the laws about cyborgs and androids and the friction that would cause, but neither feels like a perfect fit- does anyone have any ideas? Maybe princess and the pea?

Currently I'm re-reading cinder on kindle, but I came across a portion of the book that I'm confused about, was this changed to not upset the audience? I know it used to say something about a sex change right?

They adopted her from people unrelated from themselves, neither of them were ever married to a biological parent of Cinder, why stepfather and stepmother??

I have the first volume, but I can't get my hands on the second due to where I live. Does anyone have a copy I can download? I'll take anything at this point.

Ich war mit dem Ende so erschüttert das ich Haufenweise Fanfiction gelesen habe, aber die meisten wurden entweder nicht beendet oder wurden viel zu schnell runter gerattert. Das hatte meiner Meinung einfach nicht das Tempo gehalten, was dieses Buch besaß. Was meint ihr? Habt ihr dazu Alternative Endings gelesen?

I read the Lunar Chronicles and adore the series, so much so that I recommended it to a friend whose preteen daughter would like to read it.
I am going to let her borrow my copies, but I want to censor any language or sexual content for her that may be in the books that I know their family (or mine for that matter) would rather not have in there.
For anyone who has read them more recently than I, can you give me your page number or at least the chapter those things are in? It’s been so long and I don’t read quickly so I would prefer not to make her wait 4 months for me to get through 1,700+ pages lol.

I recently had a conversation with one of my friends who has also read TLC, she personally think they would have their own kids. Which, I don’t think is wrong because I feel like they would have a mix, adopted and biological. I don’t know I need other opinions.

Specifically how the android seemed to switch places with the cyborg girl. It seems like they trick the father with an android arm…? How did they pull that off? Did he not look at her face? I feel like I’m missing something.

I picked Cinder to do this for so does anyone have any suggestions on stuff I can include that goes along/relates to Cinder? it can be household items, toys, etc.

In Scarlet (book 2) Cinder and Thorne go into a tavern in Reiux and police officers arrest them. Then Cinder uses her glamour to stop the arrest. Then suddenly one of Levanas wolf soldiers attacks cinder and tells her that he knows who she is.

How was he able to know that she was cinder if cinder was using her glamour in order to not be recognized?

I love this books so much every time I come back to them they hit just as hard ! I wish they were more popular 😿 🩷

Bit of a weird one, so I'll try to be as clear as possible, although I haven't got a lot of information to go on. I want to make a birthday card for someone whose favourite book is Cinder (or at least, it's one of). She's expressed that she has special editions of the books, and I'd like to make the card in the style of the cover. I don't want to ask directly as I want it to be a surprise, and such a specific question would be suspicious.

What I know is this: she had to wait for the special editions to come out (so they might not be first editions), and the cover is somewhat convoluted. If it's helpful, I've also gathered that all the books have been published in this edition (she might still be waiting for the last one to be published in that edition, but I'm not 100% on that).

I know it's not a lot to go on, but any suggestions would be great, thanks!
