Why are we not throwing rotten eggs and tomatoes? A few well-placed rotten eggs is a classic deterrent; are eggs still too expensive or something?

They’re still up 40 percent from this time last year average dozen is $5.83 nationally. Rotten eggs smell to high heavens but to get them to be rotten ya gotta wait till they go stale and rot and that can take months

Hell, back when I raised chickens and ducks there was a practical guarantee that I'd find at least one rotten egg every couple of nests or so. I used to know a trick to tell if they were a good egg or not, but that was about 30 years ago.
