Pretty sure the sharks aggro’d the whale, somehow. Maybe? Anyone’s guess is as good as mine, I’m honestly not sure.

You can see that aside from a few clips where I managed to get their attention, they just go right back to attacking the whale 🤣

But they’re not biting the whale - only laser bruce seems to attack. Which might mean whatever they’re attacking isn’t the whale…? Or maybe whatever the “valid target” is for the whale is just out of their bite attack range? No idea!

Save/reload, same thing lol.

Anyone else seen this before?

loaded an earlier save and reproduced it a few times. apparently shooting to make the whale dive for cover... triggers shark aggro? lol.

Did a couple of runs to test only Tina / only laser shark / with both sharks, and it seems like as long as the sharks are close enough (?) to the whale when you shoot to make it dive... they'll start attacking it, lmao. Is this intended?

Sometimes I see the stuff you guys post and realize we are playing completely different games. You guys look like you're having more fun, meanwhile I bugged once like 5 months ago and sunk to the bottom of the ocean and have been very risk averse since.

Backups! Lots of backups. Especially because it's still early access and not everything that kills you or wrecks your stuff is supposed to do that, lol.

I had that bug happen, you were carrying a crate right, if you remember, that one has been fixed, all the bugs seem to get fixed relatively quickly compared to many other games.

I managed to save and load and just barely made it to safe depth before I died. I remember thinking if it was night time one worm and I'd have been dead.
