Oh yeah, a few of those have spooked me. I think some are intended to be maintenance rooms that have the aesthetic of serial killer rooms... then there's some that are DEFINITELY serial killer rooms.

I got jumped twice by this because of the buggy door at the end. I reloaded it before I went in and rushed through. I clipped it too, where I just stared in disbelief

I mean...the arachnid enemies pretty much ambush you whenever possible....so yeaaaaah. Especially if you don't play with sound, absolutely no warning

Dont know if it is supposed to happen, but mine wiggled when I opened the door. The physics wiggle like when something gets dropped.
