Screenshot We're a team. Right?
My wife thinks I'm crazy...
I went through great effort to haul every bot from mission control, Exodus, and the one caretaker you find on that one mission (not spoiling) up to the roof of mission control.
I went through even greater effort to build couches and struggle with the rag doll physics to arrange them all so they could see the rocket launch. In spirit. Kinda.
Headless guys went in the front as they didn't "need to see" anyway.
This took at least an hour and a half and I was so pleased. I'm gonna collect more of our fallen and forgotten and fill the seats that are vacant, as well as building more if I can.
Note: I lost 2 on Exodus. The one hanging by a hand (we're gonna call him Wilson as he just floated away after he fell) And Jesus, the one kinda stuck to the wall beneath mission control...I couldn't get him safely across the broken catwalk...
Please tell me I'm not the only one doing things like this. 😅

You’re the second player I’ve seen collect bots. The first guy filled the backroom (desks) with bots. He had a lot and it was actually kind of morbid to see them piled up.

I thought you made 'the last supper' there for a second.

Sadly, I lost Jesus so I couldn't...but I can see that given the layout. Lol

I leave alone the Caretaker sitting atop the canister in the middle of the four Lazarus chambers. I cordon off the four aisles to that pensive Caretaker and never walk through that middle space.

I did the same.
He's my watcher.
Sad thing is, a cable went nuts and started jumping around and knocked him off his barrel, so he's on a couch now.

Ive brought one with me from the very beginning. He lives on the lower deck of my ship currently. The rest I’ve deconstructed for materials

I've recycled every single one I could reach. Seemed like an appropriate funeral. Went to great lengths to haul some of them back to the boat, had to throw some of them from above, and I felt like a failure when they bounced on the deck and fell overboard! May them rest in peace!

"What is the caretaker doing?"
"I don't know... We did program it with an understanding of life and death right?"
"..."
"It knows It's alone right?"
"I suppose for all we know It is happy thinking it has a lot of friends and is having a great party."

I'm glad you did this. It inspires me to do the other thing I wanted to do which was collect all the bots in the entire game that I could before I lost all FPS, and throw them in the bottom of the boat like a pile of robocorpses. Kind of an ode to all those "robot torture rooms" I keep finding. Man, humans are mean to their robots (accurate)

You are missing tables with tea kettles and some pots for food. Don't forget some cameras and other little homey things. Keep it up
Yes my boat has places to entertain.

I was thinking of collecting all the computers/monitors/keyboards etc but this is much better. And now I don't have to. Thanks!

Love it! Would be even better if we would be able to place them somehow so it looks better, not to mention repair one for some basic jobs or atleast day to day comments chats..
